I always wondered who would win in a showdown between The Car and Turbo Interceptor from The Wraith. Both being spectral vehicles that are super fast, near indestructible and even when seemingly "defeated", they always return.

It also had one major advantage over The Car....

...The Car can't enter sacred grounds. While the Wraith showed up at a graveyard, so I assume the same would apply for his car (being able to enter sacred grounds I mean).

I recall the movie prop was a heavily customized Lincoln Continental Mark III, and you can see some of that original shape here.
