I always felt that the one Tite Kubo gave her ruined the point of her design- Her "aspect of death" was sacrifice, and yet she gained a simplified shark based release. My idea is more like a person being sacrificed to the amazon river or something. Sacrificial necklace thingy, mostly nude, and in the jaws of countless pirrhana or what have you- That's how I'd make her release form. Halibel is espada number 3 for those wondering.

But he didn't accomplish that either ^.^; I say he may as well have gone for something tangible. Also, sharks don't tend to sacrifice for their young much compared to other marine life- the only notable sacrifice is that the strongest young cannibalizes the others to make its way out into the ocean, which is really just the same kind of sacrifice I've represented here...
Well I'm not really sure the espada's ressurreccion have anything really to do with their aspects of death, with the exception of Barragham. I figure it has more to do with their personalities. Doesn't she seem to have a somewhat motherly attitude toward/relationship with her fraccion to you?

Hm, kind of a good point but I think the most impressive thing an artist can do with that kind of character is make them truly embody something rather than just imitate it slightly. I actually have many more ideas how the espada should have turned out, particularly the ones with lame sounding aspects of death like "destruction" and "rage". I don't think however, that I'll draw them all out.
I can sympathize with that, but if that's how you're going to look at it then you might as well take it all the way and base her ressurreccion on the ancient sacrifice tables. Y'know, the ones they used to use to tear out living hearts every day to appease the sun? Now that would be awesome.
You never know what you might see. It could be something like... a long dress made of hard plates. Wen she puts the plates together it forms a table. And some special technique where if she gets you on that table, you definitely die. Knife hands and a special blood/sun god cero that she can use after she's made a sacrifice... etc.
