"Front & Back: Donovan" #3

Last year at this time, I'd posted the second in a series of "Front & Back" comic gags, featuring my character 'Donovan Lupus' - http://www.furaffinity.net/view/22258801/ - as he lambasted (then) President-elect Donald Trump. It's been nearly one year since #45 was sworn in, and he currently has the lowest approval rating of any POTUS in history.
Even some members of the Trump Administration feel that (for lack of a better expression) Donald isn't 'playing with a full deck'. And he was even the target of a few jokes about his intelligence (or lack thereof) during the 75th annual "Golden Globe Awards".
To retaliate, Trump relies on his Twitter account, and openly admits to the world that he's not only smart, he called himself a 'stable genius' (another one of his phrases that ranks right up there with 'fake news' and 'covfefe')!
'Donovan Lupus' breaks down said phrase - believing that the word 'genius' refers to somebody smart, while the word 'stable' is associated with something 'equine' in nature (who lives in a stable). So, the wolf decides to wear a new "Front & Back" T-shirt with the definitive description of #45 himself!

Highest Disapproval: George W. Bush (71%), Truman (67%), Nixon (66%), Trump (62%)
Trump does, however, hold the Gallup record for lowest high approval: His highest rating, recorded in January of 2017, was 46%.
