As generic as it gets but my brain is not letting me produce anything of value when it comes to work, but at least I manage to keep myself in the game by sketching out things like this. It lets me remember that there was a time, not too long ago, where painting something like this was my "goals"...

I like this it's very peaceful. Could I suggest an addition which might 'add value'? I can imagine some sheep grazing across the hill and a shepherd child sat on the rock on the right with their back to us looking out over the landscape. Maybe playing a pipe or just watching. I think that would be beautiful or make a really nice YCH <3
if i lived there i would build a strange little house and a strange little infrastructure,
but nature would continue to dominate the scene.
so much so, that if you weren't looking for them,
you might not spot anything else.
i always want to build things,
but also to do so without,
the way so many people think about doing so,
that would tear up the scene.
nature and artifact,
to me each seem equally incomplete without the other.
the craft of balancing them,
humans can live in places without destroying them,
just not in the ways they've become most familiar with doing so.
indigenous cultures found ways of doing so,
and i don't think that was only because of populations being modest in number
though that also would help.
but nature would continue to dominate the scene.

don't set yourself so low on it, its actually really good it would go down very well with story telling and what not a a background for some form of art if its comic or not,
The background alone feels like its telling its own story like an intro to lord of the rings where you see the world for good few minutes as the camera moves across the land scape :P
