The Lizards of the Reptilian Dimension are a force to be reckoned with. The many worlds occupied in this dimension are at a constant war with eachother. Many see this war as nothing more than a killing game and want no part in it. The scientific minds of the dimension came together and created a portal to Paragon City for salvation.
Glacialis Reptilia, or Ice Reptile are found on heatless, or dead barren cold planets in the Reptilian Dimension. They have an unnatural talent for mastering their cold environment. They can survive many temperatures due to their "Uber-Coldblood". This Ice Reptile came to Paragon at a young age. He really hated the metropolis theme of the cities and decided to stowaway on a ferry to Rouge's Isles where he was more comfortable. Later taking up crime and freezing helpless citizens for fun.
