The old woman continues explain the circumstances that started this whole situation.

She’s a simple witch who sells her potions and cures out of her tiny hut conveniently located in the middle of a city street. That’s when this lady walked by, looking nearly frozen solid in the chill November air.

The elderly witch had just the solution, an enchanted sweater, guaranteed to make sure it’s wearer will be warm for the whole winter. Of course the cat lady quickly bought the suspicious garment from the strange old woman and tried it on without asking how it worked. As anyone would.

Before she knew it she was overcome with hunger and she began her gluttonous, growing journey.
