Wowee, a visit to the party store is a great birthday treat! Hope you didn't drink too much juice, though, because sometimes the potties in town are a long long way away from the stores you're in!

Actually, I guess they do it differently here than they do where you live. ^^; Most of the bigger stores have restrooms, usually in the back, so there shouldn't be too big of a problem. :)
