What I don't get is why Dewey is upset at being told to wear the red dress when he's aready wearing a far more feminine outfit. Unless he just really wants to stick with blue; red is Huey's color, after all!

He's in a corset that is turning him into a pressed duck and his webbed feet are jammed into high heels that even the classic duck artist admitted he has no idea how the girls did it.
Plus his brother is likely telling him how irresistible he'll be to their brother's romantic urges once he's all dressed.
At this point he's having second thoughts on doing this but it is way too late.

Aah, ok. I thought that was a blue sleeveless dress with a ruffly skirt, not a corset and petticoats. (I thought the corset you mentioned in the desc was under the dress.) Definitely makes more sense to me now.
