A little backstory, Rupertmurloc, the character name of the person who commissioned this, is a role-player when he's not a hardcore raider. He has collected an outfit to look exactly like VanCleef from the Deadmines instance and likes to run around Stormwind shouting about social injustices and such.

I'm not sure how Rhahk'zor and Mr. Smite (two of the other bosses from the Dead Mines if you didn't level up as Alliance) factor into this, except that I suppose it's pretty appealing to be a (relatively) tiny human who has completely subjugated a couple of massive giants (relatively) into your service.

Rupertmurloc has asked that I not put a nameplate on his badge, and supposedly will be altering this himself further. I'm pretty interested to see what he'll do with it!
