Coral Castle- a little known Florida attraction, just outside Miami. It is built entirely out of coral, by a single, five foot, 100 pound man; Edward Leedskalnin, in 1923.

I was last there in 1996.
Wow, it's gotten greener since I was there. I hope they continue to landscape it, as without all those trees it was very hot, shadeless, barren, and not a nice place to be.
Maybe I should visit again. But this time I'll do it in January damnit!

That's an amazing place! I don't quite remember it being that beautiful though. I think I remember it being a bit worn.
If you go there, ask them about the history of the place. It's simply incredible what was found out about how it was built. He even did all the building in the dead of night! Nobody had ever seen him do work on it.
Look for lizards. They're huge and look really cool!

There are rumors about this place. Like the fact that it was moved into florida in such a short amount of time. Something about the owner using strange tools and mega magnets. And the owner never owned a crane or anything. In 30 minutes there would be about 5 of those stone on the trailer to florida. and they whey up to a Ton each. Check it out on YouTube or something.
