I had been thinking of a fisher for a while, but my issue was just not being able to figure what I want lol

I figured Eliss as I drew her to be blind and naive, but playful and cheerful like. Curious too, being around 16-18 ish. Rather touchy-feely too and enjoys collecting weird things she can feel with her hands.
And based her off the northern lights, as most of my stardragons are based on times of day and skyward nonsense lol
