Looking good overall. I even identify those smudges on the background as birds!
Can't see any errors or places that were not cleaned up.
It's interesting how so many different drawing styles work together -- The cartoon foreground, the painted background, the variation of even absence of outlines. There's even some special shadow hatching on the scarf - that has quite an impact!

Thanks for your comments! I enjoy painting the backgrounds - it's a nice break from shading cel style. I might try posing him differently next time. I feel like I'm getting too comfy with the 3/4 view standing there pose. Also maybe give him more of an l shape for the bridge of his nose.
