I decided to draw my sona as a cub at camp, staying up late in his tent reading a book by flashlight. This was kind of a challenge with the lighting but it turned out so awful I was hesitant to even upload it!

Actually the shading and lighting is kinda nice here. If you were to change anything, I'd say add a bit of shadow under the zipper and armpit. Also add a very subtle/soft blur to the light's edge would probably work, not as blurry as the effect on the other bits, but just a little fuzzy.
As a side note, this reminds me of when I did this as a kid XD.
