Looks like Zavis got a little impatient with Mish's inability to deliver a good blow, and so has taken matters a bit more hands-on. Here, he's showing Mish what muscles she needs to keep tense and how to position herself to land a real hard blow. Mish seems to be taking it all in quite quickly...
