Just because there's a lot of summer heat going on right now as July turns to August, it doesn't mean you need to stop training up! And from the looks of it, Zavis and Mish Meerkat are training as hard as ever. Right now it looks like Zavis is teaching Mish some good ways of punching...though right now it looks like her strikes aren't causing much of an impact...
