Once again, awesome work.
Very few things wrong with this pic, really... Just a couple things about the face are irking me.
For one thing, the nose is upside down
Let's look at an adorable kitten, shall we?

See how the flat side of the nose is on top is on top?
I like the catlike eyes. It makes him look a bit more menacing. But something is wrong... I think it's the way the pupils are curved. The one on Austin's left looks fine, but the one on his right looks exactly the same... it makes his eye look like it's sunken in. A little odd looking. Try curving it slightly the other direction.
The mouth is circular. I don't think mouths normally do that, unless you are trying to exagerate the mouth for a very cartoony look... try giving the mouth a little bit of shape. I give an example later in this incredible rant.
One more thing about the eyes... I'm not sure whether you're trying to make him look totally evil, but eyes like that certainly can make it seem like that. The best way to balance out less-friendly eyes (if that's what you want, that is) is to give it EYEBROWS! That might be kind of hard with the hair in the way, and some artists don't even give their characters eyebrows. This is especially common with cartoonists... I personally can't stand to draw a character without eyebrows, but you may do whatever you want.
I doodled up some examples of my suggestions in paint... These are JUST SUGGESTIONS, you may use them or not, and they are very crude since they are in paint. http://i26.tinypic.com/20h5zk.png

I'M LOVING IT, BABY, LOVING IT.
