I believe it was an old pokedex entry, vulpix are born with one white tail. But yes it's a myth, kitsune in general are myths :3

This is s beautifully done, that warm sun shining through the entrance is exceptional and really makes this. Quite like how you did their earth as well, with the leaves on the ground and the tree roots. And it's a nice little family moment, such happy kits and a happy mate ^_^
