A character from my comic "Anime Apartments" [which ironically is not an anime or manga]. Siera was inspired by the Tim Schaefer game "Psychonauts" [hence her erratic, impulsive, and psychotic nature]. Siera is not like normal people: She is purple with blue hair, has tribal tattoos all over her body [you can see one on her neck] has a lisp due to her large left canine tooth, saw her brother get killed by a tiger [upper right {quick sketch so it is crappy}] 7' 8'' tall [a fifty-six year old giant], and she was born in Italy [yet no accent]. She is TF 2's English teacher who can read childrens minds and she gets no respect due to her lisp and the hilarious moment when she said "sit" but due to her speech impediment sounded like "Shit".
