No way is he going in that cute fang with a cape costume says this raichu. This Halloween, Volt is gonna look tough with his tough boy jacket and pants combo to go with the sneaks. He also has a wicked sword that can catch itself in electricity and blast electric slashes (Plus it looks cool). Now I wonder if this type of clothing could make him a true class hero in the hero association from one punch man (Unless fighting giant monsters and aliens is his thing that is)
