The snow was falling gently as I walked along. The icy crystals coming softly down always gave a quiet calm about the world, one that I always enjoyed. As I walked, my paws crunching in the fresh powder, a smile crept along my face. Reaching a paw up, the band around my wrist glowed as a little bit of mana swirled around in the snow. A few flakes danced up with it, flurrying around my up-reached paw. It was times like this, I was reminded my magic wasn't just cold and hard like frigid ice, but also soft and beautiful like the falling snow.


This was a piece I started before Christmas at 3 AM at my grandma's house, and I didn't finish till later thanks to holiday hustle and bustle. But either way, I'm really happy with how it turned out. It's simple, yet I really enjoy it. A good way to start off the new year.
