Sometimes it's just nice to lie down somewhere comfortable and get some music going.
like don't do anything else, just listen to music. I'm one of those people that constantly has to be doing multiple things at once, so I try and get myself to just stop every now and again.
Just kinda shut everything down and actually relax if I can.
