Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
It fits like a glove, super comfortable to wear during long periods of time. It has great ventilation so it doesn't overheat too much. The only issue I have is that my nose gets a little pressed down when wearing, but you don't notice it once you get used to it. I have noticed that this issue was fixed in fursuits they made after mine. (My boyfriend has one, and his head has a small indent where the top of his nose rests.) The vision is impressive, with a very small blind spot directly in front, it barely even bothers. I could manage on my own without the need of a handler with no problems. Excellent quality.
This maker's fursuit heads survive a washing machine in gentle, short cycle with cold water. But if you ever get a fursuit from them, ask them first! You might have features that don't make it safe to wash without ruining them! This applies to every fursuit maker!!

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
Super accurate. The follow-me eyes have a great effect, shaving is even and the head itself looks very symetrical. The inside of the head is lined and the markings and colors are on point, but because of a problem the maker had with some fur they ordered the hair was not long pile as intended. They got in touch with me when this happened and I agreed to have it be short pile fur instead of long pile because they had no time to get the fur I asked for because of the short deadline. It didn't really bother me, and I was surprised with how good it looked in the end! However, this was fixed later on with a refurb they did with no extra cost. They also added a few other features such as better and more teeth, repaint the eyes and better mouth lining. They offered to do the refurb themselves. Here's how it looks now:

HANDS AND FEET

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The handpaws are great, very simple with super strong seams. My wrists don't show at all. Excelent quality.
The feetpaws look beautiful, but slightly uncomfortable to wear. They are built on slippers that are a bit big for me, so they wiggle a lot when wearing them. It has eva foam on the bottom, which in my opinion is quite thin but holds up very well. However, they now use a different method for their feetpaws and build them from scratch out of foam without using a shoe base, but I have never tried the new ones on so I can't tell how they feel. Very good quality.
They are both (handpaws and feetpaws) super easy to clean.
This partial also features armsleeves which are super well made, they fit perfectly and have two elastic strips on the back that connect both armsleves which help them stay in place when moving. Excelent quality.


Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
The handpaws are super nice. The pawpads are made out of fleece and glued onto the fur, giving it a very neat and clean look. They are very symmetrical and squishy. They are all black, so everything is on point. Same goes for the feetpaws, they look fantastic and the pattern is very cute.
The armsleeves have sewn on markings which give them a very nice look. They are on point and super accurate with the concept art. They placed them right where they were supposed to be.
Note that the bottom of the feetpaws in the picture look nasty, I haven't cleaned them yet and are worn from the use outdoors.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
The tail is very comfortable and not heavy at all. it has great movement and is bult with a belt-like strap that's very neatly and well sewn into the base of the tail. This strap has a buckle in front of it that rests just above the crotch. It's also adjustable but with the weight of the tail and movement of the body itself it might get a little loose. Easy fix with a simple knot when adjusting it. Excellent quality.

Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume pieces look from the outside.
Matches the design and colors perfectly. I asked for it to curve at the tip, and they made it the way I asked for. It's quite big and it curves perfectly over my butt, which gives it a very natural look. The markings are sewn, and looks very nice.

How was your concept art realized?
The concept art was made by me, and Saigo had no trouble working with it. The markings, colors and overall looks and design are on point with the art. The ears are big, as intended, the curvature of the tail was made as intended, the long pile fur for the cheeks was also made as intended. The only thing that didn't look like it was supposed to look was the hair, but like I said before this was fixed later.


How well does everything fit together and match up?
Overall, excelent fursuit. The seams are super durable and everything fits like a glove. The proportions are great, everything matches. The fursuit is consistent with the maker's style, recognizable if you know the maker, of course. Beautiful look, excellent quality.



How easy was it to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I contacted them via their facebook page.

Super quick responses. We comunicated via facebook the entire time.


How satisfied are you with the professionalism and customer service and of the maker?
Super professional and nice to work with. They were very polite and bussiness-like when communicating. They kept me updated with everything and gave just the right information when a problem occurred. Saigo Zangetzu also provides WIP pictures during the building process.


How satisfied are you with how long your project took to complete?
The project was completed in two months aproximately. I was aware of my place in the queue, which is public in their furaffinity page. They also provide how advanced they are in said queue with a percentage. I was told when the project was finished with pictures included. We agreed to meet up at a local mall, since we're both from Buenos Aires, Argentina.


Are you happy with the product you received?
I couldn't be happier. Beautiful suit, with amazing quality. It exceeded my expectations! Seems super durable as well.


Describe your overall experience with this maker.
I would definitely recommend them. In fact, I do! I ended up befriending them, as they presented me with groups of furries around the zone I live in and invited me to various meet ups. They also do furmeets specifically for their costumers to take group pictures and have a good time together, which I tought was very fun and unique!
I plan on commisioning them again soon. Great communication, great price and quality.
