Seems that years after Samurai Jack finally defeated Aku, He wasn't immortal anymore but he aged remarkably slowly. and still seeming young he was easily in his mid 100's. but the rise of creatures did indeed start to happen but no in the destructive manner brought on by Aku's rein,
Here he seems to have gotten very close to the Naga queen after she spent many years chasing him and seems to finally have worked her magic on him.
