Last year I focused a lot on composition, painting and speed with lineart and there was quite a lot of variety. A lot of times I've felt behind with my skill, still not entirely sure if it's because my head is improving faster so everything looks wrong, but I think there was indeed plenty improvement, maybe this following year I'll be more happy about my results too again. I'll attempt to focus on values & lighting more, and also work on overall speed when I draw my comic.
A big thanks to all the people who commissioned or traded with me because the last year was full of awesome themes and concepts to draw! I hope this following year will be equally if not even more exciting on that regard :3

This is good that you still want to improve, some peeps tent to stop improving at certain point cuz they think they get to a "perfection" in drawing, writing etc. You have really great work rn and i cant even think what you'll have in the end of 2018 :)
Good Luck and Happy New Year to you Neo

Everyone always improves more, just different speed. But there is also a dilemma with this, as a comic artist I want my comic style to remain stable so it's noticable. Back in the time I didn't do a very good job at it, the first and last page looked like they were from a different book (and it was only a year apart). It also requires skill if you want to keep a specific style.
Happy New Year too. Thinking last year was a very busy year for you and I've seen many amazing and beautiful works. Improvement is always better than stagnation, cause it shows you`re trying to get better every time. And you`ve permanently growing since the first day, I saw your work. In some way I'm thinking of you as your first critic. But I love all of your work. Sorry that I wasn't able to commission you, but even I sometimes have financial problems. But I've got a new idea for later this year.
A great THANK YOU for last year and I'm very excited on what you'll show us this year.
