"DOSUKON!"
It's Rhombo doing a classic sumo pose and exclamation.
Instead of using "どすこい"/dosukoi (a sumo exclamation), he uses "Dosukon" instead. It's a play on "dosukoi" and the Japanese onomatopoeia of a fox's cry "kon kon". Fitting for a sumo fox, eh?
