This is a rather long comic I did quite some time ago (and, yes everyone... I did actually finish it :P). I wasn't going to repost it because it is certainly far from my best work. But, I have had several requests for it, so.... here it is in all it's... er.... whatever. hehe...

This actually started out as nothing more than a quick doodle on the corner of a page. Which was turned into the first panel over there. I was asked to do something else with the little doodly guy so I drew panel 2 and then I was asked to continue it from there. The thing really sort of took on a life of its own after that.

As it started out as a doodle, I tried to keep that sort of feel to it throughout. Occasionally, I succeeded a little too well. :P I've retitled the comic Max & Ryan as that is what everyone pretty much calls it anyway. Originally, though.... it was called Life of Doodles.

Anyway, here we have Max all dressed up to ask someone to go to a thanksgiving dance at his middle school. Max is a sort of.... I don't know what kind of crossbreed thing. lol... What can I say? He was just a doodle to start so I didn't have an animal in particular in mind when I drew him.

His best friend here is Ryan. Who is supposed to be more of a fox. And, yeah.... he does a lot of face palming around Max. :P

And so begins Max and Ryan's strange night together. Well, stranger for one than the other really. lol...
