Qadan was supposed to be guarding some prisoners that his comrades wanted to interrogate later. Unfortunately, Qadan is not the most well educated fellow and he did not know what interrogate meant. But, the word “ate” was in there so he assumed it would be alright to do a little snacking, much to the chagrin of his comrades.
