Welp it's that time of year again where we reflect on the past year. The good, bad and the many victories along the way. This has been quite the year for me. Though I'll save a good chunk of it for the journal I'll post today. Here I'm just going to talk about art.
This year there was so much art I accomplished one of my biggest goals for the year and that was draw something every month. I feel I owe a lot of that to my migraine treatments. I was able to spend less time on my back in pain and more time doing what I love. I got and completed more commissioned artwork this year than in past years and really explored my style. I developed a more toony style, further explored by current more semi realistic as well as some realism, studied anatomy and really explored subjects I'm passionate about.
I got art on a shirt for the first time ever, made someone very happy with helping them design their first fursona. I got my first set of custom run prints and started on a new career path.
I am super happy with what I've accomplished this year. I look forward to exploring the transformation my art makes over the next year. In all the medias I've explored and will explore. I'm looking forward to another year of successes just seeing the jump in my skill level I can see good things are going to be happening.
This was a very good year even with all the trials and tribulations. Thank you to my friends, and everyone whose given me support and encouragement. You've helped make this year a success.
