This isn't a good representation of Kira, the eyes are wrong, the hat isn't large enough, and I had to make the outfit myself, save for the cape and shoes. XD
But it's as close as I could come to little Kira.
Poor thing can't remember her own name, so she goes by Kira, which means "Light" nicknamed for her ever changing eyes.
Translucent, like orbs of colored water that constantly ripple and change color.
The daughter of a Magikoopa and a Paratroopa, she has traits from both parents. Her shell, hidden under her robe and cape, is red and has wings, like her father, otherwise she looks pretty much like her mother.
