Tickling is probably the best method to use with a very large and strong gorilla with very big feet, particularly if you happen to be much smaller but also agile and smart. I think though this would be playtime between an uncle and his beloved nephew, and Donkey Kong might have thought he'd tough it out since he'd probably boasted to Diddy Kong that he could take it, only now he's laughing too much to beg for mercy and judging by his expression Diddy looks like he's being fairly ruthless.
