Toulia is a cute burd with a little lovely chub to her. She normally dresses plain, in pants and shirt, and looks just fine. However, she can absolutely dress herself up and become stunning to look at for special occasions. She would say that it's simple to do. A little beak polish, a dress that shows off her curves in a color that compliments her fur, a few minutes putting her hair up, and viola. A cute burd who is ready for that nights special event. Who wouldn't want to be spending the night with such a lovely looking lady?
