This one is a commission. The two things she asked for were blue and sparkly, and naturally I was sold, haha! Of course, I’m still not very good at photographing sparkly, so here are some extra photos at different angles: http://www.furaffinity.net/full/25891717/
Pearlescent paint was used over much of the body, the stripes are a chameleon pigment (goes from blue to a deep dark purple), and there are metallic highlights. I added a couple swarovski crystals as well. This is the last Hippocamp, no more will be made! At this point it’s a pretty old mold, and the legs were a pain to assemble, so I’m actually quite relieved to be moving on. Looking forward to future sculpts!
