It's an interesting language. I just wish I was having better luck learning it. lol
Russian expresses thoughts a bit more directly than we do in English. In my limited experience it takes fewer words to say the same thing in Russian. But let me take a stab at translating this literally (O-Ruff correct me where I'm wrong!)

Привет о-рафф! (Preevyet o-ruff!)
Hi o-ruff!

Это Валя моя новая девушка! (Eta Valya moya novaya dyevooshka!)
That Valya my new girlfriend!

Эммм, вы классно смотритесь! (Ummm, Vih klassno smotreetyes!)
Ummm... You cool looking!

Приятно познакомиться! (Preeyatna poznakomeetsya!)
Pleasently acquainted!

And that is the problem with translating literally :) o-ruff's translation is more how English speakers would express the same thought.
