Agewise... Twelve. XD You have to let insanity stew, give them a bit of time to experiment with those little critters before unleashing their horrors onto the world. Experience is what makes them the real nightmares that they are.

Background... maybe some kind of a school? It looks like she's got the innocent child act down to a science. The kind of girl where the moment the lights go out while you're leading her out of the building, you suddenly find the cleaver she hid in her dress meeting with your spine.

I always though cute and creepy worked well together. This is definitely a keeper. As for age, maybe 9. Young enough to be "innocent" but old enough to be devious.
