Roxanne, or Roxy as she prefers to be called, is the shorter twin. She's often teased about it by her big sister, though sometimes Roxy teases Rita about how she can fly faster since her wings aren't clipped.

She likes to pretend her scar was earned in a fight, though Rita often reminds people that, really, Roxy had gotten piss drunk and decided playing with knives was a good idea. Luckily Rita stopped her before she did too much damage to herself.
