Took this on an aircraft we serviced today. I thought it was such a hoot!

This reminds me of when I was doing stage hand work for the play, Cats. If you remember the big tire that rises up to heaven in the end then you will find this very amusing. I was helping to set that particular prop up on the stage. It was deathly quiet at the moment for some reason, and when I looked up, I saw something that made me burst into raucous laughter, which of course made everyone look at me strangely. What I saw was a bumper sticker on the back of the prop. It said this:
Is your cat missing?
Try looking under my tire!

Try looking under my tire!
when the doggie is right side up, the fun has started...
I'm trying to decide between a paramotor trike or a part 103 legal ultralight aircraft for learning and just puttering around with
the trike will be cheaper, but I think a good ole stick and rudder would be easier for me to get a handle on

My Dad was a private pilot and soloed when I was 15 or so. I helped him study for the test even. One day he was flying in the mountains and got disoriented in a cloud bank and if it weren't for my mother's white knuckled warning for him to watch his instruments they would have likely augured in. When he told me about it I suggested tying a 1/2 inch nut on a string tied to the roof to swing free. He countered that it would move around constantly and wouldn't be very helpful. I told him that if the nut came to rest on the side of his head or was puddled in the string on the ceiling he might have have an indication there was a problem.
