*** ABOUT REFUNDS ***

I will NOT give refunds after a piece is completed. No exceptions. Full refunds will be given if I have not begun on the piece yet. Half refunds will be given if I have begun working but have not completed the piece.
Understand that if you ask for a refund I will be less likely to want to work on commissions for you again. Please understand that commissioning is a source of income for me and asking for refunds after I've already started working on/finished your piece is not only rude but is very hard for me.
