Looks like Sly caught Maneki a little off guard here. Not that she's complaining of course. A sweet kiss between Master and pet. Sly definitely didn't want Maneki to feel left out since he's taking a trip with Luck. So he's making sure to spend some time with the calico feline before they leave.
