I don't think Skye has ever worn a bomber jacket in the show. I don't even think they put the pups in different clothes all that often but, like, she's a freaking pilot how has no one incorporated that do you know how cute that would be I want to scream.

the jacket was part of a clothing set for Fifi the poodle when they had her and Snoopy from the Peanuts Movie a while back. So yeah, it's geared more toward the standard Bear design than the 4-legger models.
And I can highly recommend the Patrol plush from their! They are quite snuggly
