Nerdytigerfox made one of those fill-in-the-blank pictures, thought I'd do it. In fact, I did it twice. From two perspectives: The artist and the commissioner. Yes, I know I misspelt 'commission'. This one is from the commissioner's perspective, and an impatient one at that. No offense to patient commissioners, this was done for fun.
