Molt, spores on Molt, Toxic Lash, hit Molt with melee, Miasma.
I use 160% range with Regen Molt augment, but a lot of people prefer maximum range. The spores give a guaranteed Viral proc, if you burst them with Toxic Lash then it gives a toxic proc as well, meaning 256% damage from the start if you use Condition Overload
