It's meant to be a song, but not really complete and I can't figure out how to continue it So it exists only as poetry for now.

Who is there, who is there, but you...

There was a bird who reached ascention;
And all has heard how it had burned.
But few has heard, out of its ashes;
The fire bird flew off in a burst.

And so the legend says:
Those who seek the truth shall find in it's place;
Buried by the dust, obscured by the past;
Hidden in plain sight, Feather of Light.

Feather of Light, flying past;
Fading memories back to dust.
But who is there to see you through?
Who will tell you what to do?
Who is there, who is there, but you...

Some time ago, when we were younger;
There was a flow for us to steer.
But now the flow, is all but gone;
I have to go, I can't stay on.

Before leaving through the blaze;
I've a gift for you to take in my place.
Look into my eyes, promise not to cry.
You have earned this right, Feather of Light.

Feather of light, floating by;
Revealing all that's been through your eyes.
But who is there to see you through?
Who will tell you what to do?
