I spent most of this summer drawing and planning my somewhat serious drama comic, so I figured I outtah take a break and just draw something cute. Mostly for two reasons. 1. I want to expand my portfolio and practice this kid book style, since one of my dreams is to illustrate kid’s books. And 2. I’ve been looping this song for the past few weeks and this image needed to get out of my brain before it drove me nuts. So yeah, this is based loosely off the first living being in space (A Dog named Laika launched by the soviets in 1957), but instead of dieing in space, this particular Cosmo Dog discovers a world where rawhide bones grow on trees! Happy ending woo!

All 100 percent vector, done start to finish in photoshop using the totally dope pen tool. If anyone has any prompts that might make cute illustrations, feel free to throw them my way. And oh yeah, of course crits are very much loved because I want to expand on this style and improving rawks.
