Actually, The Jabberwocky is from "The Jabberwocky", a poem by Louis Carol, not Alice in Wonderland (Unless you were referring to the movie, which I think there might have been one in it, but I don't know because I never saw it).
Regardless, it's very fearsome! Worthy of the father's every warning by your depiction!
