Fairy of Tasku page 10 - Finale
The fairy approaches our heroes in it's great black cormorant form and thanks them for the rescue. The bandit wizard lies dead as he got ran through by Kiljaos's sword when stabbing him. The stabbing didn't hurt him badly though, thanks to his armor. But Kiljaos still wishes he wouldn't had had to kill the wizard...
As they return to the town of Braheastad, Zak and Zofie get all the reward money for their completed quest. Also Zak has grabbed something extra without permission. Kiljaos gets suspicous but the pirates start heading off before looking more into this, but Zofie gives him a small bag of money after all as thanks for his aid, or maybe as a bribing attempt? Kiljaos swears he will eventually find these pirates again to bring them to justice because of this theft.
But when and how this happens, and what Zak and Zofie are doing with that diving suit anyway? That's the story for other time.
---
The diving suit Zak is "borrowing" is based on the world's oldest existing diving suit, from 1700's, nicknamed "The Old Gentleman", which is kept in the museum of Raahe here in Finland.
The next Karamador comic won't be the continuation to this story yet, although it does take place after this comic and still stars Sir Kiljaos the wind paladin. That story will be seen after that comic possibly.
