There are Lucario inflatables out there. I can tell that this Inflatable Lucario is from Hongyi; it's pretty pricy. There is a another inflatable Lucario that you buy; this one is priced reasonable cheap but has great quality and it's bigger, has deeper colors, and a very seamless body. However, both of the Lucario inflatables can be only be bought on this website: Alibaba. You must create a account with Alibaba in order to buy ether. I hope that this information will aid you with your quest to capture Lucario.

They will then send you a quote for the size you want, mine is 2m tall. If you have a preference, they can make it larger or smaller. They can also do small mods, like valve positions, but it is best to draw the valve and mark its location clearly. If you wanted, you could get the toy with only one valve, or a valve on each limb, tail and head! They could probably change the color up as well.

Hongyi is not only company that makes Lucario inflatables, I've seen a company that makes Lucario inflatables. Hongyi's inflatable Lucario has a somewhat dull paint job, is a decent size, and somewhat expensive; SZ ZHN's inflatable Lucario is much bigger, has a deeper paint job, is almost seamless, very good quality, and relatively inexpensive. Did you try changing the language to English? Try typing in "Pokémon inflatable - other toys and hobbies". SZ ZHN's Lucario is on this list. Hopefully this make things a little clearer for you.

Yes. That is the correct one. It is big, and I'm also pretty sure that Lucario would make the one you have look like a fairy good sized one.
