In 2016 I started journaling daily. Part of that writing process has been to write 3 things I am grateful for each morning.
I've been sharing those three things along with a speed paint each Mon-Fri.
This practice has benefited me artistically as well as emotionally. My hope is that by sharing this, you guys can feel some of those good vibes during your week too :)

Brush stroke by brush stroke using a variety of colors is the way I would describe it over all.
To go into detail: I first put down oranges, yellows, reds, and some purples using a soft round brush with the opacity lowered. I built up the colors that way. I then went in with the smudge tool and pushed them around. Then I went back and painted in more detail with a different brush (more square shaped).
