[i]The wolf stood out in the cold air, looking through her binoculars at the military base in the distance. The Canadian superpower prison known as White Cage.
Celene lowered the device and sighed. Her contacts had suggested that there had been cosmic energy emissions up in the Canadian north once every three weeks, always at the same time and so she utilized her trip to CTI's northern testing facility for work to take a detour. However, despite her constant trips through the wilderness while she had been up at the CTI range there had been nothing that matched what she had been told.
The reports she had seen had labelled as "Cosmic Energy bursts" by the International Cosmic Defense Force and with all that she had learned it was easy to connect such energy to The Star. So if there were similar emissions at White Cage, what was the source? Had The Star been taken to this supervillain containment facility, out here, far away from the prying eyes of the world? She shook her head slowly, turning away in the as the Sun started to sink so she could make her way back before it got too late.
"Where are you Star..?"
