Maliyah "Mint" Majesty, a borzoi/afghan hound mix who runs a tea shop with her siblings Oprah, Peaches and Pina. She's the head of the shop, manages the money and overlooks the tea shop in general. She is also the head mafia boss, The Watch Dogs. Her tea shop is just a disguise for all the nasty things her gang has done. Noone suspects the sweet, quiet girl that makes tea to be a mafioso so she's good.. for now

Her rivaling gang are the Blackjacks. They're more brute than her more strategical and quick works. The head boss of the Blackjacks is Belle, a leopard flapper dancer. Mint has her picture framed because, well, sometimes you just gotta have a picture of your archnemesis framed.
