This reptile, Duuz Delax Rex, is from Angel Links named anime. A great one too. The clip is from the episode, where he scares some kids, what were kinda excited about this Dragonite.

Honestly, the pic seems a little too dark to see the fine detail. If you can't lighten it, i can lighten it for you, if you'd like. From what i can see of it, it's an excellent choice for an avatar^^
